Water-jet cutting
Abrasive cutting and pure-water technique

The advantages of water-jet cutting are evident: no microstructural change, no microcracks, no deformation, no thermal effects and no hardness increase at the cut.
The following techniques are used:

Pure-water technique:
Soft materials are cut with a water-jet pressure of up to 3800 bar.

Abrasive cutting:
A natural-sand abrasive is added to the water jet for cutting hard materials.
  Injection moulding (also with  GID)
Twin-sheet vacuumforming
CNC milling
CNC profile sawing
Water-jet cutting (abrasive and pure-water technique)
Ultrasonic welding
Induction soldering

The CAD-controlled system works in parallel with two cutting heads and drilling aggregates for predrilling sandwich materials. The maximum format that can be machined is 4000mm x 2050mm.

Cutting depths of up to 200mm are possible depending on the material. The machining accuracy here is up to +/- 0.1mm

This system enables the manufacture of technical parts as well as the creation of mosaics, inlays, emblems, lettering and logos.
